Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012 headed for New Orleans

October 26, 2011, Madison, WI – The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) 48th annual seminar and expo will be held in New Orleans.

Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012 is a full-service seminar and expo. The show features an extensive seminar program, pre-qualified retail buyers, merchandisers and executives who are ready and willing to do business, and a 1,500 booth expo filled with the best products and services for the fresh-food categories.

More than 8,000 attendees are expected to attend Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012, which runs June 10 to 12 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Centre.
