portable and permanent mixing applications.

Sharpe Custom Sanitary Mixers are
engineered and manufactured to customer specifications to match their agitation
requirements for process, configuration, mounting, drive, seal, impeller type,
installation, serviceability, approvals and more.  Designed to specific customer requirements
for mixing viscosities from 1 to 50,000 cps, these sanitary mixers are
typically compact, robust, USDA-approved, and ASME-BPE compliant.

Available with various impellers for high
flow, low shear, gas dispersion, and solids suspension mixing, the mixers can
be equipped with motors ranging from 1/12 to 1/2 hp in various voltages,
straight or right-angle drives, and shafts from 3/4 to 1-1/4 inches in
diameter, with wetted parts made from 316 l stainless steel or higher alloys
and can be polished or electro-polished with surface finishes of 20, 15, 10 Ra
or finer.
