Globe’s Cupcake Mixer has a rigid cast iron body with a powerful one horsepower custom built motor. It also features a high-torque, permanently lubricated gear transmission, a removable stainless steel bowl guard with built-in ingredient chute, safety interlocked bowl guard, and bowl lift.

The mixer comes complete with a heavy-duty 30-quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, and a spiral dough hook.
