Congress attendance up

May 13, 2011, Simcoe, ON – Attendance at this year’s Congress was up, according to the Baking Association of Canada (BAC).

Approximately 1,150 delegates attended the show. This marks a 15 per cent increase over 2007, when Congress was last held in Montreal.

The show, which ran May 1 and 2 at Montreal’s Place Forzani, also attracted 89 exhibitors, including a dozen newcomers.
