Established in 1982, Milanaise is a family business specializing in the transformation of organic cereals grains and the development and production of custom ‘’ signature’’ flours.
Operating two mills in Quebec, Canada, Milanaise offer a large production capacity while providing a competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
Quality and good business practices at the heart of our concerns. We take pride in our BRC certification and we work hard in order to provide our customers with the best quality products.
Specializing in organic flours, organic flakes and organic grains, all our products are certified organic via Ecocert and Kosher Pareve. Milanaise also offers custom flour blends taillored to our customers’ needs. Milanaise advocates a value chain approach. We work closely with organic farmers and we support farmers through their transition from conventional agriculture to organic agriculture. Collaborating with farmers allows us to be vertically integrated.
