China and South Korea secure spots to Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie

Jakarta – China and South Korea won podium places in what marked the end of the Louis Lesaffre Cup. These two teams, who earned their glory at the SIAL INTERFOOD show in Jakarta, will join seven other teams from previous selections at the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie. The Coupe du Monde will be held at the Europain & Intersuc show in Paris, which runs from February 5 to 9, 2016. Canada will be amongst China and South Korea’s competitors.

Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, China and Vietnam were the final countries competing for their place at Europain.
