Chef Frédéric Monti to host pastry demo

Jan. 7, 2015, Toronto — PreGel’s 5-Star Pastry Ambassador Program is pleased to collaborate with Cacao Barry to present a complimentary demonstration with chef Frédéric Monti.


Monti, PreGel’s corporate chef and Cacao Barry ambassador, will demonstrate new techniques, the latest in flavours and balance, and what is trending in pastry in this three-hour demonstration.

Starting with a Chocolate Peanut Motion Verrrine and finishing with a Yogurt Key Lime Pie Bonbon, attendees will experience the step-by-step process of creating these desserts all while tasting and learning more about the latest Cacao Barry and PreGel products.

This demonstration is highly recommended for professional chefs with prior pastry experience as the seminar will focus on new techniques glazing over the basics of pastry.

The demonstration takes place Wednesday, Feb. 18, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Humber College in Toronto.
