September 13, 2011 – Component Design Northwest (CDN) is rolling out a new candy and deep fry ruler thermometer (TCG400).

The TCG400 features an easy-to-read display and a temperature range from 100F to 400F (40C to 200C). Made of durable laboratory glass to withstand high-heat candy-making, it features a temperature guide right on the thermometer.

CDN's candy and deep fry ruler thermometer is waterproof and can be kept handy by hanging from the stainless steel clip on  a pot or storage rack, or by using the convenient hanging hole in the plastic, stay-cool handle.
