Nov. 6, 2014, Vancouver — Informa is pleased to announce the return of
the Cargo Logistics Canada (CLC) Expo and Conference, the largest and
most diverse gathering of Canadian supply chain stakeholders, for its
second year at the Vancouver Convention Centre Jan. 28-29, 2015.

CLC will bring together leading manufacturers, retailers, importers, exporters, and supply chain stakeholders from across the country under one roof to provide a platform for education, networking, and solution-finding surrounding the challenges and best practices within multimodal supply chains.

"What differentiates Cargo Logistics from any other conference is the ability for an attending organization to optimize their entire supply chain all under one roof," said David Tyldesley, Informa show director. "Cargo Logistics Canada unpacks current issues within the industry including intermodal reliability and local and global impacts of trades that play integral roles in the economy," he said.

CLC is expecting over 2,500 attendees, 150 exhibitors, and 100 speakers as part of the vision of connecting professionals and fostering collaboration between freight owners and movers. Top-tier industry leaders will host over 30 seminars and keynotes ranging in topics from Canada's integrative trade performance to case studies in international planning and technology.

The success of the inaugural CLC 2014 boasted 2,476 in attendance, making Cargo Logistics the epicentre of transportation dialogue.

"I would like to congratulate the producers of this event on a well-organized and executed conference. In my line of work, I attend many, many conferences and this was exceptional. I so much enjoyed the sessions that I was able to attend. Having the Minister of Transportation, Todd Stone, there was wonderful," said Lois E. Jackson, mayor of Delta, an attendee and speaker at Cargo Logistics Canada 2014.

CLC is produced by Informa, the largest publicly owned organizer of conferences, expositions, and training events in the world, managing more than 140 trade and consumer events in over 40 countries.
