September 21, 2011, Montreal – Marcy Goldman, master baker,
cookbook author and proprietor of BetterBaking.com, has released the dates for
her fall baking classes for professional and amateurs alike.

Here are the dates of her upcoming Montreal classes:

October 12: Scones and Pies 

October 19: Bistro Biscotti and Muffin Workshop  
October 23: Make Mine Vanilla

October 26: $75
Scones and Pies 

November 9: Bagels and Bialies, Bagel Pizzas
November 16: Master Class, The Almost Famous Recipe
Collection

November 23: Bagels and Bialies, Bagel Pizzas

November 30: Master Class The Almost Famous Recipe
Collection 

December 7: Master Class Holiday Baking

December 14: Baker’s Master Class of Specialty Recipes,
Lunch ‘n Tarot

Two hour classes (generally run longer) are comprised of
four to six people and a break for coffee and baking chat and cost $75.
Master
classes are longer, are for four to six people and cost $130. Classes include tea/coffee
and take-up baking; master classes include a light lunch.
