Barry Callebaut ramping up for ISM 2011

December 21, 2010, Wieze, Belgium – Barry Callebaut will once again be out in force at the upcoming ISM: The Future of Sweets trade fair, presenting new products and new processes from its brand new booth.

The company will unveil a new concept in superior tasting chocolate, resulting from years of research in origin countries, and showcase its inspiring range of decorations, inclusions and fillings to whet the appetite and the imagination.

Barry Callebaut will also unveil a new design for its booth, which was styled to embody the company’s renewed focus in response to the changing face of the confectionary industry.

The ISM show runs from January 30 through February 2, 2011 in Cologne, Germany.
