Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy

International – Programs offered in confectionery, pastry, bakery and desserts, as well as specialized courses: beginner, intermediate and advanced.


Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts

Toronto, ON – The Designer Cakes certificate is full-time for six weeks, and a part-time schedule is available online. There is also a Confectionary Arts diploma that is full-time for 16 weeks (35 hours per week).


Canadore College, School of Culinary Arts

North Bay, ON – The School of Culinary Arts offers a cook apprenticeship for 14 weeks per level. There is also a Culinary Management program that is two years, as well as Culinary Skills program that is a one year certificate and helps students become chefs.


Centennial College

Toronto, ON – The Commercial Baking certificate is one year that provides hands-on training and theory.

Stephenville, NL – There are two one-year programs offered: Baking and Cooking.

Belleville, ON – The college offers a one-year Chef Training in Culinary Skills, and a two-year Culinary Management programs.


Niagara College: Canadian Food and Wine Institute

Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON – This school offers a Culinary Innovation and Food technology program that lasts three years, Culinary Management, and Culinary Skills in Chef Training. There are also baking and cook apprenticeships offered by the school.


Northern Alberta Institute of Technology

Edmonton, AB – The institute offers students a one-year baking certificate, a two-year Culinary Arts diploma, as well as baking and cook apprenticeships. There is also part-time baking and pastry courses and culinary and pastry art boot camps.


Pastry School Vancouver

Vancouver, BC – The offerings are: artisan bread baking classes, pastry training courses, chocolate training courses, serious pastry classes, and cake decoration classes.


Raw Foundation Culinary Arts Institute

Vancouver, BC – There is a Level one Chef certification, Level two Instructor certification and coaching, and continuing education classes in desserts and chocolate.
