Baking show to feature Cordon Bleu chefs

Toronto – Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show 2015 will play host to celebrity bakers, among them Cordon Bleu chefs Hervé Chabert and Armando Baisas.

The show will feature live demonstrations and hands-on classes by celebrity bakers Anna Olson, Gale Gand, Duff Goldman, and Rosie Alyea, author of The Sweetapolita Bakebook.

Cordon Bleu chefs Armando Baisas, chef instructor and master sculptor, and Hervé Chabert, head pâtisserie chef instructor, will demonstrate techniques on the show floor.

The event runs Sept. 25-27, 2015, at the Toronto Congress Centre.
