Jan. 8, 2009, WICHITA, Kan. – Sisters Kristine, Kelli and Katie Sykes decided to open Sugar Sisters
Bakery & Cafe eight months ago because they all have a passion for
baking. But only one of them is a morning person.

Kelli Sykes, 25, and her boyfriend, Matt Hyder, open the business at Central and Oliver each morning.

"The
rest of us bake late at night, rather than come in at 3 a.m.," said
Katie Sykes, 28. "I'm the night owl and bake until the middle of the
night."
