May 20, 2009, EDMONTON – Hilton Dinner isn't a perfect environmentalist, but that doesn't stop him from trying.

As the co-owner of the Bon Ton Bakery in the Alberta capital, he
and his wife have been making small changes in an effort to be more
green.
