BakeMark upgrades its food safety tool kit

Canada – BakeMark Canada implemented a new food safety software tool called ICICLE in their operations nation-wide. ICICLE is a cloud-based software technology focused on excellence in HACCP and HARPC compliance. 

Ellen Tsang, director of manufacturing and quality assurance at BakeMark Canada, said in a press release: “We are looking forward to our collaboration with ICICLE in upgrading the automation of food safety processes across our Canadian facilities. Using ICICLE will ensure product safety and it will give our employees the tools to make sound decisions related to product safety on a daily basis. Having this upgrade of an automated food safety system in place is the reality in the current market.”
