luxury items. Currently, the bread and rolls market is estimated at
$114.2 billion US, and forecast to grow by 12.6 per cent over the next
five years to $128.6 billion. The biscuits market alone will be worth
$30.3 billion US by 2011, a 19 per cent increase, reflecting increasing
consumer demand for more luxury foods, as a result of the increase in
spending power and wealth.
