Asia hosting new baking and sweets show

Oct. 17, 2013, Singapore — Asia's cafe boom has led to a brand new sweets show.

This exposition, from Mar. 6 to 8 at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, aims to feature all components of the industry's supply chain: from machinery and equipment to ingredients and packaging. In addition, the expo will showcase the latest innovations and developments in the industry.

 The show also aims to raise awareness about the baking and confectionery industries through a series of activities such as seminars and competitions. Public visitors will also be able to partake in some of these activities to learn more about the industries.

The Singapore Bakery and Confectionery Trade Association will host Sweets & Bakes Asia 2014.
