Oct. 6, 2014, White Rock, B.C. – Pikanik has launched a full-scale
delivery program for its allergy-friendly products.
The bakery, located in White Rock, B.C., now offers online ordering, online payment and delivery to homes and offices all across
the B.C.'s Lower Mainland.

"People are busy. We're all busy. If we can
make it easier for people to enjoy our products, then we will. We
deliver on taste, we deliver on quality, and now we deliver to your
front door!" said Pikanik's owner and creative visionary Joanna
Schultz in a news release.
Pikanik is using social media and a short video to promote its new delivery service. See the video at http://vimeo.com/105792143.
Schultz said the bakery sells a complete lineup of baking that is gluten,
wheat, nut, dairy, soy, synthetic dye, and (sometimes) egg free.

"Our ultimate
goal is to make it easy for people to get their hands on the very best
baking out there that just happens to be allergy friendly. My
motto? Allergies, shmallergies – indulge with confidence. Gluten free and allergen free does not mean
sacrificing taste, texture and indulgence. Not anymore."
