May 10, 2012, Slidell, La. – All Things Baking will hold its second show in Houston, Texas, from Sept. 9 to 11. Building on a successful launch in Chicago last fall, All Things Baking 2012 expects to attract more than 3,000 food service professionals looking for cutting-edge education, essential networking opportunities and the latest product trends, equipment and supplies to help them stay competitive, profitable and ahead of consumer trends.

All Things Baking will rotate around the country annually, except on IBIE years when it will not hold a standalone event. Exhibitors such as AB Mauri, Baker's Best, Dawn Food Products, LVO Manufacturing and Revent, Inc. will showcase their latest equipment and technology, decorating supplies, ingredients and flavorings, merchandising supplies, bakeware and molds.

The education program also features some notable locals, including Sara Brook of the Dessert Gallery who will present a live case study on the social media strategies used to drive in-store traffic. Texas native Bud “the Pieman,” founder of the legendary Royers Café, will demonstrate the art of making pies. The program will also feature several Spanish language classes and Hispanic baking demonstrations.
