AMF names new executive vice-president

Aug. 21, 2015, Richmond, VA – AMF Bakery Systems has promoted Jason Ward to the role of executive vice-president.

In his new position, Ward will lead AMF – a member of the Markel Food Group – as it designs, manufactures and markets automated bakery solutions to commercial bakers around the world.

Prior to this promotion, Ward served as vice-president of sales and marketing for AMF, responsible for driving the organization’s strategic sales efforts. He led the expansion of the company’s international sales through multiple regions including North America, Latin America, China and Europe, while elevating global brand awareness.

Ward currently serves on the board of the American Society of Baking (ASB), an organization committed to providing professional development, education and innovation for the grains-based food industry.
