Allessandro Lo Stocco is an Italian pizzaiolo who was demonstrating his spinning skills as well as his pizza-making skills at Faema’s booth.   Exhibiting at the CRFA show was a first for Fred’s Bread. The company was showcasing its delectable line of bread products that might appeal to the foodservice crowd.
