 KleenLine Corporation has introduced a custom engineered vertical
lifting system for blending food, baking, confectionery, and
pharmaceutical products into a scale, without requiring the expense of
a mezzanine, multiple conveyors, and vibratory feeders.
The Kline Vertical Lift System can incorporate up to six lifting lanes for transferring “products-on-demand” into a scale and/or bagger from a central location at floor level by one operator. Eliminating the need for mezzanines, several conveyors, and vibratory feeders, each lifting lane on this totally integrated vertical lifter utilizes scooped flights, and is PLC controlled to assure uniform product feeding with turnkey operation.
