Cold weather couldn’t keep the crowds away as the 2006 edition of the Canadian/International Food & Beverage show brought together foodservice suppliers and industry buyers, February 19 to 21 in Toronto.

The show featured 650 exhibit booths and drew more than 9,700 visitors, on par with the previous year's attendance.

F&B 2006 featured international pavilions from Greece, Great Britain, New Zealand, Barbados, the United States, India and Korea, along with Canadian pavilions featuring the best of homegrown fare.  New this year was a 10-booth pavilion of organic products, including organic spelt flour, cheese, coffee, fresh juices and salad dressings.

The 2007 edition of the Canadian/International Food & Beverage Show will take place February 18 to 20 at the International Centre in Toronto.

The Canadian/International Food & Beverage Show is owned and operated by CRFA and sponsored by VISA.  CRFA is Canada’s largest hospitality association with 31,000 members representing restaurants, hotels, caterers, bars, institutions and foodservice suppliers.
