January 27, 2012, Toronto – Callebaut is celebrating its 100-year
anniversary in chocolate with a special demo led by Philippe Vancayseele, their
world wide technical advisor.
Bakers are invited to attend the session, which runs from
2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on February 23 at Humber Canadian Centre of Culinary Arts
