April 12, 2011, Toronto - Some of Canada’s best student chefs put their chocolate prowess to the test at Humber College for the Cacao Barry/Callebaut Canadian Intercollegiate Chocolate Competition.
The impressive calibre of competitors left the judges (Bakers Journal amongst them) with slim margins between winners. The second annual event, themed Under the Sea, enjoyed elite artistry in the making of showpieces, hand-dipped bonbons, moulded bonbons and plated desserts.
