no later than Friday, July 16. The sooner the better, actually, to have the best chance at a spot in this popular annual publication, which is mailed to subscribers along with our August/September double issue and distributed at trade shows and other industry events around the world.
The theme of this year's recipe collection is "Celebrations," so recipes for fun and festive products will be given greater consideration.
