Nov. 16, 2009 – I've been taking a trip down memory lane today, looking through old photos and back issues of Bakers Journal in preparation for our 70th anniversary issue in March 2010. Seventy years might not have the luster of 100, 75, or even 50, but it's nonetheless a pretty impressive milestone. And it couldn't have happened without you, the baking industry of Canada.
