mixer is now available with a stainless steel bowl guard. The 20-quart mixer’s
new feature is designed to make cleaning the guard easier and faster – no more
manoeuvring around a stationary guard.
Constructed of high-grade stainless
steel, the removable guard can be cleaned in a sink or dishwasher. The design
of the guard itself has not changed and still includes the permanently attached
ingredient chute on the side; the difference is its ability to be removed,
which will ease the cleaning process. Globe removable bowl guards are designed
to be simple and quick to remove and reinstall for remote cleaning.
As before,
the guard is interlocked and the mixer will not operate until the guard has
