This year's theme is "Classic Canadian Comfort," and so we're looking for recipes for cookies, bars, muffins, cupcakes, pies and cakes – but all submissions will be considered. Recipes should be in baker's percentages and should be accompanied by a photo of the finished product and some text about the recipe.
This is a great – and free – way to promote your bakery and its products, so be sure to include some information about your business and its contact information. Thanks very much, in advance, for your help!
