March 23, 2009, SACRAMENTO, Calif. – With no end in sight for layoffs,
more professionals are getting their hands dirty applying for
blue-collar jobs.
At Ettore's Bakery, many of the applicants for a new position were overqualified. Manager Lauren De La Rosa is getting applications from the least likely applicants.
