Let's do brunch
March 17, 2009 – First and foremost, happy St. Patrick's Day! We all have some Irish heritage on this day so I hope you were able to get out and enjoy it. And with the spring weather finally arriving, why not go out for brunch? Brunch is fast becoming a popular way to dine out without spending as much as an evening dinner, which often involves the purchase of extras such as desserts and alcohol, and restaurants, cafes and retail/foodservice bakeries should be taking advantage of this trend. In fact, brunch was hailed by many experts and publications as a trend to watch in 2009, and with the economy in a tailspin, that prediction looks to be spot on.

So, what are you doing to attract the "brunch crowd"?
