Paxiom USA, Inc., has acquired Eagle Custom Packaging Systems of Hialeah, Florida. The company re-named Eagle Packaging Machinery; LLC will continue to build on its range of carton tray forming, case erecting and case sealing equipment.
In business since 1998, Eagle has developed many unique machines to handle very difficult applications. Senior management of Eagle are veterans of the case forming and sealing machinery and offer years of design experience in carton forming and sealing equipment.
Paxiom foresees exceptional opportunities for Eagle to develop and expand well beyond its present status in the industry. Over the next year, Eagle will be relocated to expand manufacturing and take advantage of the growth in the self locking tray market as more companies will move towards environmentally friendly products.
Eagle has an impressive customer base and over the years continued to serve many of the same users with additional machinery.
