July 21, 2008, Minneapolis, MN - The Women of the Guild North American Tour 2008 will feature Canadian Tracey Muzzolini in a hands-on workshop in Minneapolis in September. Muzzolini is owner of Christie's Mayfair Bakery in Saskatoon and is a member of Team Bake Canada. She'll lead the workshop with Solveig Tofte, a member of the U.S. bread baking team that competed in the most recent World Cup of Baking.
The workshop will take place on September 6 and 7.
This intensive, hands-on, two-day master class will give an understanding of how to create world class breads with unique flavor profiles and will explore the world of baguettes. With a focus on fermentation and shaping, participants will be able to use their creativity to design special decorative baguettes, which look great as displays in your bakery.
