with the owner of what's probably the world's first entirely green
bakery, Birdbath, located in New York.

recently posted a news story about Stonemill Bakehouse's move to green
power and the other moves it's taken to reduce energy usage and waste
production in its Toronto plant (we'll feature a full length article on
Stonemill in our August/September issue).
