The Green Road
In our June issue, we feature a number of articles on going green — from a lesson in biofuels, to green pest control ideas, to an interview with the owner of what's probably the world's first entirely green bakery, Birdbath, located in New York. On our home page, we also just recently posted a news story about Stonemill Bakehouse's move to green power and the other moves it's taken to reduce energy usage and waste production in its Toronto plant (we'll feature a full length article on Stonemill in our August/September issue). What do you think about the move to go green? Have you implemented any changes in your business? Are green business practices just a fad that will soon fade away or a trend that's here for the long haul?
