 June 11, 2008 - We're currently working on our third annual Bakers Journal recipe
collection, this one titled Flavours of Canada.Professional bakers of the country, we're looking to feature you! Do you have a unique butter tart formula, a recipe that calls for Saskatoon berries that's too good not to share, or a bread formula that flies off your shelf? We'll feature you, your formula and a brief write-up about it and your business. The recipes should be original and formulated for professional use by weight (in kilograms and grams and, if possible, in baker's percentage).
