Looking for a Full time Baker of European style breads. Minimum 5 years exp. Excellent knowledge of sourdoughs, specialty breads, various doughs; Croissant, Brioche , Danish etc.
Night work. Experience with wood-fired oven as asset.
Must be passionate about baking and extremely organized.
Some supervisory experience also welcome
Rural setting, ideal for couple or family.
