Job Description TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER Reporting directly to the President, the Technical Sales Manager is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, technical data support for the sales staff and working with customers on new product development. Other responsibilities in Quality Assurance may be a part of the job depending on the qualifications of the incumbent. Candidates must hold a Baking Certification and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A Degree in Cereal Chemistry is preferred. The successful candidate will have a strong technical sense in addition to excellent communication skills. Crucial to the position is the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. ROGERS offers a competitive salary, company-sponsored benefits and room for growth.
